About Bryan Hammer

Bryan Hammer started his professional career when he joined the US Air Force in 1985 and was assigned to various overseas duties within Europe and Southeast Asia. He resigned from the military service as a Sergeant while assigned to the 3rd Security Group at the (then) Clark Air Force Base (now Clark Freeport Zone) in Pampanga, Philippines which was the home of the 13th Pacific Air Force in 1989. In May of 1994, Armed with a strong sense of entrepreneurial spirit and business management skills and a keen motivation to engage in private business, Bryan decided to stay in the Philippines to set up his first business entity, Connect International Inc. venturing into general trading, import and export, sales, marketing and manufacturing of wooden military custom plaques, seals and emblems for 100% export to the US and various countries worldwide. Further expanding his vision on the growing trend of labor subcontracting and manpower outsourcing industry in the Philippines, he then went another step forward in April of 2010 to incorporate First H&R Manpower Solutions Inc, a company that provides human resources management and consultancy services, manpower outsourcing and labor provider to a number of well-established companies within the Clark Freeport Zone area as well as for international based companies with existing industrial and construction projects in the Philippines. In August of 2010, Bryan saw the need to expand his wooden plaques manufacturing business pioneered by his first company, Connect International Inc. and anticipating the need for a more spacious and more modern manufacturing facility, he was able to self-finance the construction of a 1,740 square meter modern factory and warehouse building on a 2,470 square meter industrial lot inside the Philexcel Business Park in Clark Freeport Zone, it was then that American Plaque Factory Inc. was born.
