Bryan attended the University of California, Davis, where he graduated receiving Bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and African-American Studies with a minor in Pre Law. Bryan earned his Juris Doctorate from John F. Kennedy School of Law in Pleasant Hill, California, where he was recognized on the Dean’s list and was an active member of the student body. While in law school, he obtained firsthand experience in Elder Financial Abuse by clerking with John F. Kennedy University’s Elder Law Clinic. He also acquired a great deal of experience in Criminal Law while interning at both the Oakland City Attorney’s Office and the Sacramento County Public Defender’s Office.
