As Director of Operations for Los Alamos National Laboratory’s Engineering Services Division, I lead strategic and operational transformation in support of some of the nation’s most critical scientific and national security missions. With over a decade of experience driving performance in complex, high-stakes environments, I specialize in building operational infrastructures that scale, sustain, and empower technical excellence. At LANL, I established the Division’s first centralized Operations Group, created real-time performance reporting tools, and introduced Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency across engineering disciplines. My work spans workforce optimization, risk mitigation, capital project support, and enterprise strategy—all with a sharp focus on mission alignment, safety, and continuous improvement. A collaborative leader, I’ve served as a trusted liaison between Engineering Services and enterprise stakeholders, contributing to initiatives in nuclear safety, facilities modernization, and long-term capital planning. I also take pride in mentoring talent and building high-performing teams, having founded the Division’s first leadership development program to prepare the next generation of LANL leaders.
