I am an accessibility research and policy consultant and Registered Sign Language Interpreter living in B.C. Over the last 8 years, I have had the honour to lead and support projects that focused on improving accessibility and inclusion at a local and provincial scale. These projects have ranged from applying complexity theory to address the ongoing shortage of Registered Sign Language Interpreters in BC to developing and hosting a podcast that explored the lived experience of primary immunodeficiency. I have a passion for creative problem solving and systems change that centre people. I love to learn and bring various forms of knowing together to create new possibilities. I am largely guided by my curiosity about the world and the diverse individuals who live in it.
