About Bryan Hicks

As an instructional designer, I thrive on the challenge of transforming complex content into impactful, engaging learning experiences. Leveraging e-learning development and gamification techniques, I focus on designing solutions that drive real behavior change and meet business goals. With a history of successful projects, including a series of microlearning videos that reached over views organization-wide, I’m committed to building learning experiences that resonate as well as transform. Through careful needs analysis, I've identified performance gaps, then designed and implemented training solutions that increased program funding by 12% in a fiscal year and improved learner performance. Outside of work, I recharge by spending time in nature, hiking, and trying recipes from around the world—passions that keep me grounded and ready to innovate in the digital space. Let’s connect! If you’re interested in discussing how I can help bring your learning initiatives to the next level, or if you’d like to talk about instructional design strategies, feel free to reach out.
