About Bryan Holland

I have been blessed to hold a variety of leadership positions over my career. Some of them in large corporate environments and others with small privately held companies. Life experiences coupled with the selfless mentoring of many has led me to, what I hope is, a biblical based leadership style. My desire is to pass on what I’ve learned (successes and mistakes) to a new generation of leaders hoping they “pay it forward.” Creating and managing new and complex systems, in a team environment, especially those relating to system startup and implementation is, for me, an ideal work environment. My desire is that each and every interaction with others (family, friends, associates) is guided by three E’s - encouragement, equipping and sharing the Good News of Jesus (evangelizing).
