About Bryan Hunt

With a innate ability to identify opportunities for improvement, I thrive on driving positive change. Throughout my life being able to take on challenges has lead me into great spaces and given me the opportunity to sharpen my skills. I've always have had a passion for technology. From the newest gadgets to the best innovating apps, I'm intrigued by the inner workings of them. My drive to get into the technology field brought me to TripleTen, here I engulfed my time into completing the Business Analysis certification, Studying SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI and statistical analysis I'm ready to embark into a new career. Working in HEB warehouse, the number one groceries store in Texas, I have taken on many roles and implemented many initiatives. I started as an order selector and within the first year I managed over 140% order fulfillment rate and was rewarded Top Order Selector. What allowed me that type of productivity is that I created a way of selecting orders efficiently, preserving my energy, being able to duplicate stacking of the pallets, and bringing intuitiveness to the process. That propelled me into training new hires. As a trainer I maintained the lowest retention rates of all warehouse in all HEB campuses and our warehouse was the number one facility through my tenured as facility trainer. I carried the same drive as giving new hires the information to streamline orders and logically order select. That carried me over to being apart of a new process of having a campus wide training camp. I was the innovator and keystone into this new process. I approach challenges with a proactive mindset. I'm enthused to embark on this new career in Data. I'm looking forward to attending tech conferences. Being apart of new innovating technology. I enjoy running in my free time.
