About Bryan Husin

Former NCAA Division I Tennis Student-Athlete with a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from Portland State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Gonzaga University. Currently an Analyst for the Capital Markets Department at JLL Indonesia, where I contribute to underwriting investment sale assignments, conducting research, developing financial models, preparing executive summaries, managing marketing efforts, and ensuring successful closings. Former #1 Indonesia Junior Tennis Player who proudly represented Indonesia in prestigious international tournaments, including the Junior Davis Cup and SEA Junior Championship. Achieved a world ranking of #293 for 18 & under in the International Tennis Federation (ITF). At the age of 15, I embarked on a solo journey driven by my passion for tennis and education. This journey led me to various states and cities across the United States, including California, Washington, and Oregon. Now based in Jakarta, Indonesia, I bring the valuable lessons learned from my independent odyssey to my work in the real estate industry as I forge my path in this field.
