I currently work in Management Consulting at Accenture working in the Talent and Organization / Human Potential arena. My roles have included- Leadership and Culture Practice development - Chief of Staff to Client Account Lead for 600+ person team supporting a key client - Change Management lead for a complex manufacturing ERP Prior to joining Accenture, I had an amazing 27-year career as a U.S. Navy SEAL, retiring as a Senior Officer with significant experience including Command of SEAL Team SEVEN, multiple tours as Director of Operations, Director of Personnel Plans & Policy (HR), and Chief of Staff. I was fortunate to serve with and learn from some of the most amazing leaders and teammates in the world. I am passionate about developing leaders, talent, culture and high performing teams and organizations. I am fortunate to be working with some amazing people at Accenture where I continue to learn and grow my own leadership knowledge and skills while helping clients identify and instill the behaviors and culture essential for future success. My broad experiences in senior leadership, strategic planning, operations, risk management, HR and critical thinking have cultivated me to be a strategic-thinking, service-oriented leader and cross-functional team builder who can help improve and drive organizations to achieve extraordinary results.
