About Bryan Klein

During my career, I've enjoyed working in small business, education, non-profit, and corporate environments. I've always thrived in the intersection of empathy, strategy, and creativity. So, designing user experiences has been a natural fit and a passion. Solving new and complex problems is my forte. Some key things I've learned and value through my work with people and design are: COURAGE Every creative endeavor is inherently risky. If it enriches the lives of people, it's always worth the risk. EMPATHY People are what matter most. The best way I can add value to others is by first understanding their story. PRINCIPLES People, problems, creativity, and design all have major elements of unpredictability and ambiguity. Learning and leaning into principles keep things moving when the next step isn't clear. I believe good design can make us more human and help us tell better stories.
