I’m an Operations & Logistics Manager with 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, fulfillment, team leadership, and systems development. I’ve grown into this role from the ground up — starting hands-on with devices and eventually working up to managing a 13-person team and leading the entire logistics operation. I’ve built internal systems for grading, testing, inventory, order processing, payments, and repair quality control, and I’m always looking for ways to optimize and scale workflows across the company. I’m especially drawn to operations that involve solving tough problems, building clean systems, and connecting the dots between people, tools, and data. Outside of work, I spend time making music, testing unreleased games (Under NDA, Sorry!), and helping grow online communities — especially around music and fashion.
