About Bryan Lamontagne

I am a fluently bilingual (English / French) training professional, educator, and certified facilitator with a passion for learning, and for the Customer Experience in all its forms. With over 30 years' of cross-industry experience, my perception-based approach, combined with a really weird ability to ‘read’ people and to quickly distill complex information down to usable form, creates the ideal conditions for success. My background in sales, customer service and operations provides the perfect blend of process and soft-skills, and my delivery style – authentic, interactive, upbeat and fun - always results in positive feedback from participants. I'm currently loving Montreal, where I grew up, and - yes, it's true - where I earned an Honours degree in Marketing and Management from Concordia University. I enjoy being outside, scratching random dogs’ ears, eating good food and drinking good beer. A recovering 4-time Ironman triathlon finisher, I still try to stay in shape, just alot more slowly now, and without the obsession.
