A disciplined, ingenious and creative food scientist which likes to think outside the box and dream big. With my strong communication skills I like to be part of a team and solve bigger problems together. I did my Master's study of Food Technology, with a specialisation in Ingredient Functionality at Wageningen University and Research (WUR) at the Laboratory of Food Chemistry. During my Master thesis I studied the effect of substrate concentration, enzyme to substrate ratio and folding state of whey proteins on enzymatic hydrolysis by pepsin. Currently, I am working as a Product Developer at Fromatech Ingredients B.V. where the main tasks are focused on developing flavours and functional blends for the food industry. Besides that, I lead projects related to thermal processing flavours, vegan meat substitutes, and oxidative deterioration of colours and volatile compounds.
