A Public Health Preparedness Professional with extensive experience in Emergency Health, management of public health emergencies and coordinating multi-jurisdictional and organizational responses to protect the public health. Experience includes community outreach, infectious disease control, field epidemiology and coordinating large scale medical responses. Extensive experience in emergency management and public health preparedness, including but not limited to: infectious disease control and response, grant management, coordinating the Medical Reserve Corps, and utilizing HSEEP best practices in exercise planning for validating core capabilities, and responding to disasters which included deployments to several presidentially declared events. Currently managing over medical volunteers in the response to Covid-19 which includes 3 response Groups within the MRC and numerous volunteer teams. The response coordination has received numerous praise and awards, and has been the first of its kind which has led to thousands of patients being tested, and cared for which has helped control the spread of covid-19 in the population.
