About Bryan Linton

As the current leader of the Unified Communication and Audio-Visual organization, I am responsible for the enterprise UC/AV software, hardware, telecommunication, and IT services category teams at Jacobs, a $15B and enterprise. I have led the team to normalize the UC/AV user experience by standardizing hardware and processes around the globe. Responsibilities include managing a global team, researching, and developing tomorrow’s UC/AV technology. Strong relationships with internal stakeholders while working closely with suppliers and addressing legal requirements worldwide ensure consistent technology with the company's vision. I liaise with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the company’s UC/AV support structure drives the business forward with minimal expenditures. I am often successful in improving efficiency and reducing time wasting. I am most content in work that is of practical service to the organization and others. I have learned to detach myself from emotions, allowing me to retain objectivity when assisting others in times of stress. I am a realist who sees things as they are and is prepared to accept them. Outwardly quiet and reserved, inwardly, I am constantly absorbed in analysis and problem-solving. My strength is my ability to act correctly and lead people to higher success. Cautious, conventional, diplomatic, and sincere, I am a precise and disciplined person with high standards and expectations of myself.
