About Bryan Lowe

I am an experienced leader in government, industry, and religious settings; a program management professional; and a natural communicator. Currently employed by KBR, Inc, I serve as a program manager in the Air Force Research Laboratory Sensors Directorate. The $45M program integrates and demonstrates a modular, platform-agile software product to meet the unique requirements of its first customer, a classified mission partner. Prior to this, I managed air vehicle development, test, production, fielding, and modernization of the $10.2 billion HH-60W combat rescue helicopter. In this role I led 135 full-time and matrixed government civilian, military, and contractor personnel, and interfaced with industry executives, to achieve key program goals. As a project manager I have led or co-led projects and programs accomplishing payload integration on unmanned aerial vehicles, training and simulation system development for combat aircraft, source selection, technical evaluation, schedule analysis, personnel services, foreign military sales, missile production management, air-to-air missile system integration, aircraft defensive system integration, quality verification, hardware integration, agile software development, contract change negotiation, and intellectual property negotiation. My portfolio management roles have included preparing programs for favorable senior executive decisions, streamlining coordination processes, organizing enterprise-wide program and financial reviews, analyzing programmatic and financial health of programs within and across weapon system portfolios, and preparing analytical reports. My systems engineering roles have encompassed configuration management leadership, requirements and specification management, technical reviews, risk management, and test and evaluation management. I have an active TS/SCI clearance.
