About Bryan Luiz

I build bridges between teams, ideas, and goals. As a cross-functional and organizational project manager, I enjoy making sense of complexity, structuring what seems unclear, and transforming collective energy into tangible results. Beyond organization, I have a deep interest in the financial world: understanding its dynamics, anticipating its changes, and drawing insights to innovate in the way projects and organizations are managed. My curiosity doesn’t stop at the office. Reading gives me a broader perspective, and sports teach me discipline and perseverance. These passions shape my way of working: with discipline, but also with openness and intellectual rigor. My favorite book is The Black Swan, as it taught me to recognize the impact of unpredictable events and to embrace uncertainty in decision-making. It inspires me to stay alert to biases, think beyond established patterns, and see the unexpected not as a setback, but as a potential source of opportunity. Second on my list is The Magic School Bus: Destination Mars. It takes me back to my childhood and that boundless curiosity that makes learning feel natural and exciting. It’s a great reminder that we learn more and innovate better when we approach discovery as an adventure.
