I am a geospatial and enterprise GIS professional with 22+ years of experience delivering mission-critical geospatial solutions across defense, intelligence, government, and commercial sectors. My background combines a distinguished Air Force career with private sector consulting at RS21, where I’ve driven ArcGIS Enterprise implementations, workflow automation, cloud integration, and solutions engineering for federal and public clients. During my military service, I supported both tactical and strategic operations, including deployments to Jordan, Qatar, Afghanistan, and Djibouti. I was selected for NGA’s Geospatial Career Advancement Program (GCAP), completing 900+ hours of advanced coursework, earning geospatial professional certifications, and serving as a certified GIS instructor. I later led the Target Materials Branch at USSTRATCOM, managing 20 personnel, overseeing enterprise geospatial production, and building a reputation for strong leadership and team development. In the private sector, I’ve partnered with CISA, DHS, and USGS to deliver enterprise GIS solutions, web applications, dashboards, and disaster response tools. Highlights include developing consumer-facing GIS solutions (USGS TopoBuilder), building disaster response Story Maps, modernizing legacy ArcGIS Pro tools into scalable web platforms, and supporting federal infrastructure resilience projects. I’m passionate about geospatial innovation, solutions architecture, and enabling teams to work smarter through process improvement and automation. With a B.S. in Geography, an M.S. in GIS, and an active TS/SCI clearance, I’m positioned to bridge technical expertise, mission understanding, and leadership to solve complex challenges for government and commercial clients.
