I’m a technology and product leader who helps organizations harness the power of emerging tech to deliver real, measurable outcomes. Currently, I’m driving Generative and Agentic adoption and growth globally across Deloitte’s Operate managed services business, working closely with leadership, product teams, and engineering to shape strategies, design AI-enabled solutions, and scale our capabilities across the enterprise. My approach is deeply rooted in technology. Before stepping into leadership roles, I spent years as a hands-on software developer and front-end engineer. That practical experience shaped how I build products, drive architecture, and lead teams today. My focus has always been on user-centric solutions, and those early years as a developer sparked a passion for UI and UX design that continues to influence my work. I hold a Master’s degree in Information Systems, providing me with a strong academic foundation to pair with my real-world experience. I’m continually driven to learn, whether that means exploring new AI frameworks, modernizing enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, or finding better ways to deliver software. My technical curiosity keeps me connected to the details, even as I navigate executive priorities and global strategies. Throughout my career, I’ve built and scaled complex enterprise solutions from scratch. I’ve led global agile teams, driven monthly product releases, and overseen the implementation of AI and automation across ITSM, ITOM, and SPM modules. I believe great products require both vision and execution, and I’m most effective at the intersection of those areas—helping teams bridge the gap between technology, business strategy, and user experience. My passion for technology started early—I built my first website in 8th grade and never looked back. While my responsibilities have expanded greatly since then, my core remains the same: I’m a technologist at heart, committed to using tech to solve real problems and drive meaningful impact. Beyond technology, I’ve dedicated years to coaching youth sports and leading community-focused initiatives like Deloitte’s annual IMPACT Day in Pittsburgh. I apply the same commitment to team-building and collaboration in my volunteer work as I do in my professional life.
