I am a maker with experience working in prototyping, manufacturing and construction. I am well versed in a variety of CAD platforms: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, PTC Creo, and Rhino. I can measure a part with precision equipment to make a 3D dimensional model in CAD. I can design complex mechanical assemblies. I can produce clean engineering and shop drawings of parts and assemblies. I can machine parts using a variety of equipment to required tolerances. I have programmed a run a variety of CNC machinery. In working with different machinery, I have learned to how to troubleshoot and repair equipment. I understand G-Code and am able to make edits. I can program complex parts in CAM. I have programmed in CAMWorks, Fusion 360, MasterCAM, and RhinoCAM, as well as a number of machine specific programs. I also design and CNC as a hobby as well. I also have my own 3D printer and I have built my Maslow CNC router. I'm constantly working on ways to improve those machines to simplify making as much as possible.
