I’m a strategic operator and advisor with experience leading operations, scaling businesses, and working directly with high-net-worth clients. I’ve built a company from the ground up, spent time inside a multi-family office, and led projects that brought order to chaos and real results to the bottom line. I’m at my best when I can connect strategy to execution by aligning teams, simplifying systems, and building the structure behind great service. I care about people, and I believe the best work happens when there’s clarity, ownership, and trust. Over the years, I’ve worked with families navigating generational transitions, business owners preparing for liquidity events, and fast-growing teams trying to keep up with their own momentum. I’ve built financial models, designed client service flows, led hiring and training, and kept things moving forward when everything felt messy. I hold an MBA from USC, a BA from UCLA, and a PMP certification. Outside of work, I lift heavy, read gritty fiction, and enjoy creative projects that keep me inspired.
