About Bryan McDonald

At my core, I am a professional Technical Program Manager with the ability to ramp up quickly to facilitate accomplishing project goals. My wide range of experiences are invaluable to diagnosing and solving technical challenges for small and medium sized businesses. Ensuring a holistic approach and high-quality bar when working with enterprise businesses is important in a world with many cyber threats. Privacy, regulatory compliance and several other factors are critical to future proofing a growing business or sustaining a large enterprise business. I have successfully managed small and enterprise level projects, including user facing web features and online services, both across organizations and companies while managing those key areas I mentioned, and more. My attention to detail and experience with iterative, agile processes combine to bring clear deliverables on target and on schedule. I have the ability to dive into issues and help direct the team towards the resources needed to discover the correct solution for each unique situation.
