About Bryan McLemore

Learning how to tap into a persons potential has become my lifes work. My wife of 27 years would say that I have never met a stranger. It isn't because I am an extrovert, quite the contrary, but because I am fascinated by the amazing stories of those I meet. I am fascinated by how our past experiences & education, forms our mindset and perspective. I took a group of student leaders from our college out to a Brazilian steakhouse as a reward and while everyone else was diving in, one of the young men was just sitting there looking angry. If I did not learn his story I would have just thought him ungrateful. The truth was that he was unable to enjoy himself because in his village in Nigeria the poverty was great. He didn't have shoes till he was 15, his home had a dirt floor, and food was so scarce that he ate once every few days. He could not fathom binging on all of this food while his family was suffering. I have found in leading thousands of participants to over 30 nations, facilitating hundreds of small groups in the corporate world, and in the one on one conferences with my students, that everyone has a story and many times they just need a little understanding, training, and opportunity to tap into great potential. I take individuals and teams to the next level by helping them to lead from their purpose and understand how to leverage their strengths.
