About Bryan Menard

At MassMutual, my role is to engage all of our employees on leveraging technology to improve the way they do business. From data analytics to organization, my role is to ensure our team has the best knowledge available for how technology can assist them in running their business. As the Director of Practice Development and the Onboarding/Licensing Manager, I oversee all functions of the onboarding process, as well as train all new hires with the ability to function within our suite of technology tools. I am the primary point of contact for all troubleshooting help, and issues, that arise as an advisor learns to use and implement our technology tools. I am additionally responsible for training on all MassMutual product rollouts, primarily focusing now on the adoption of Advisor360 as the primary platform through which all business will flow. In my previous role as Regional Sales and Marketing Operations Manager I oversaw all key functions of sales and marketing throughout the states of Virginia, the Carolinas, and New York City. I worked to engage innovative practices to improve performance of both sales and marketing, while maintaining impeccable operations standards on the administrative side of the business. This included P&L, AP, HR, Capital Expenditures, Construction Projects, Multi-Unit management, and direct review of staff performance.
