Currently responsible for working with our Solutions Team to ensure Domain Expertise is available to support client proposals. I work with the Resource Director to oversee allocation of Domain resources to projects (internal and external). I review Domain capabilities to ensure alignment with Solution build and delivery needs. I own the methodolgy used to implement Domain solutions. I ensure non-project time is used productively across the Domain. I participate in the mentor program within the Domain. I provide input to the annual appraisal and promotion candidate discussions. I conduct quarterly Domain wide communication sessions. Where needed I also manage new customer implementations for a POS and loss prevention software platform from both internal and client perspectives. Acting as the liaison between internal and client resources by managing communication and monitoring project status. Also responsible for the development and nurturing of the relationship between the client and the company. In the past managed and directed the activities of store personnel. I was responsible for increasing company sales over last year by demonstrating exceptional presentation and customer service. Specialties: Business platforms include: Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Project, Outlook, Visio. I have also worked with JIRA, SharePoint and Confluence.
