I’m a people-first operator who believes great leadership is about showing up consistently, solving problems decisively, and helping others grow along the way. With over a decade of experience across hospitality, retail, and proptech, I’ve led teams through complexity, change, and scale—always with a focus on clarity, integrity, and results. At the moment, I lead Owner Experience & Compliance at Upstay, a fast-growing short-term rental company. My role spans client relationship management, regulatory strategy, and team leadership across North America. Prior to this, I held leadership roles with Fortune 500 retailers such as Home Depot and Starbucks as well as luxury hotel brands including Marriott, Shangri-la and Four Seasons, where I learned the value of operational precision, service excellence, and building trust on the ground. My leadership is shaped by three core values: 1. Get things done. Progress matters. I act with urgency, own outcomes, and follow through. Grow people. The best investment is in people. I lead with coaching, not control. Do what’s right. Integrity isn't situational—it's the foundation for long-term success. I hold an MBA from Manchester Metropolitan University and believe that leadership is less about hierarchy, and more about showing up for your team, your customers, other stakeholders, and the mission—especially when it’s hard.
