About Bryan Patterson

With nearly two decades of experience in pest control, operations, and leadership, I currently serve as Operations Manager for Florida Pest Control (a Rentokil company) in Panama City, FL. My role focuses on team development, operational efficiency, and delivering outstanding service to residential and commercial clients. I’m hands-on in the field—supporting specialists, partnering with sales, and ensuring quality control and client satisfaction across our territory. Before stepping into leadership, I spent several years as a Training Instructor, where I developed and delivered technical training programs, designed service protocols for challenging pest problems, and led quality inspections. My background includes extensive field work in general pest control, termite treatments, mosquito control, and fumigation. I have recently obtained state certification in all four pest control categories. Beyond pest control, I’ve also worked as a Realtor, reserve police officer, and armored car service technician—experiences that strengthened my communication, safety, and situational awareness skills. I’m passionate about professional growth, team development, and delivering high-quality service that earns long-term client trust.
