About Bryan Peters

As an Enterprise Architect and Business Analyst for the last 20 years, I've learned that each and every business can be boiled down to just a few things that make or break it's success: strategy, people, processes, and technology. All four must be aligned properly and efficiently to reach a market and make an impact that spurs corporate growth and the ability to continue to do good for the consumer. Architectures are key in capturing and communicating all aspects of a business to each level of the organization - from the CEO to the software engineer. I help business align organizations, process and technologies to the vision and capability goals of the business. I have helped the largest accounting organization in the world realize the redundancies and inefficiencies inherent in not having portfolio management program. I've helped the Navy and Marine Corps save over $740M by consolidating logistics and supply chain systems and organizational roles encompassing aviation, surface & subsurface maintenance, supply, inventory, finance, and administration.
