SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:**Successfully led the development of the $2.5 million U.S. Department of Labor grant project, Connecting Competencies to Employers (C2E), through initial planning stages, project development, budget development, writing the proposal, and initial implementation.**Facilitated the development of and led the implementation of Clover Park Technical College’s flagship advanced manufacturing program, Mechatronics, to meet the needs of local industry.**Secured $12 million in public and private grants.**Secured one of 15 federal grants awarded nationally to develop a Center of Excellence for Veteran Student Success at Pierce College.
