Currently I am a Manage Repair Rep for Progressive insurance. In this position I am responsible for making decisions for the repairs and managing and coordinating the entire repair process. I work closely with body shops to negotiate repairs and make sure repairs are completed on time and to the satisfaction of the customer. Previous to my current position, I worked for AutoLendersGo as a Regional Purchasing Manager for 2yrs. Previous to that, I worked for Kenny Ross as a Service advisor for 6 years. I graduated from Community College of Alleghany County in May 2009 on the Dean's List, attaining an Associate's Degree in Business Management. I have experience in Microsoft office and ADP service software. Having strong work ethic, being organized, working in a team environment and the ability to multitask are aspects that I have worked hard to achieve.
