With over 20 years of experience in Operations and Procurement Management, I am an executive leader in Procurement Strategy and Corporate Operations with proven Execution experience. Have obtained and utilized strong skills in Organizational Leadership, Leadership Development, and Continuous Improvement, and implementation of procurement functions. As the SVP, Chief Procurement Officer at Umpqua Bank, I am responsible for establishing and overseeing the Corporation's Procurement Strategy throughout the complete Source-to-Settle lifecycle that includes systems, policies, and processes. I support the business units' supplier engagement needs with sourcing, negotiations, contracting, third party oversight, purchasing, and shared services. I also lead a talented team of professionals and deliver best-in-class processes, policies, and tools to achieve the Procurement Strategy. My mission is to enable the Corporation to achieve its strategic goals and objectives by optimizing the value of its supplier relationships and spend.
