Over twenty five years of experience in petroleum geoscience, spanning all business stages – Development and Operations Geology, Business Development, New Ventures, and Exploration. Significant expertise in the Rockies and the Permian Basin, with additional experience in the Eagle Ford, Duvernay, and multiple international basins. • Fifteen years of dedicated unconventional HC systems experience with independents, combined with over a decade of prior conventional HC systems experience with a supermajor. o Extensive Niobrara development experience – six years in NBL’s Wattenberg BU and two years with HighPoint o Planned and executed NBL’s first Niobrara horizontal and the follow up appraisal and development program o Joined HighPoint resources in November of 2018 and have been promoted twice in less than two years o Significant experience mapping and predicting well performance of unconventional drilling targets and delineating highest EUR sub-plays within the Permian, DJ, Powder River, and Eagle Ford basins o Responsible for Delaware geological evaluation and recommending NBL’s Rosetta Resource acquisition, followed by a year identifying investment opportunities in the Permian basin for a PE firm • Recognized by ExxonMobil as an expert in Seismic Interpretation and Regional Geology • Recognized by NBL in 2015 for developing breakthrough multivariate unconventional petrophysical workflows • Recognized by NBL in 2010 and 2016 for public speaking and technical presentation skills
