Extensive experience preparing preliminary design drawings, presentation drawings, and architectural working drawings for commercial, industrial and multi-unit residential projects• Experience preparing drawings and 3D models and visualization using Autodesk Revit• Experience preparing drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture• Familiar with relevant legislation including the Ontario Building Code and Municipal Bylaws• Experience taking field measurements and photographs in preparation for addition, renovation, fit-up and tenant area certification projects• Project management experience, including coordination with clients & consultants, preparing change orders throughout the construction process, as necessary, to ensure project is completed on time and to specification, and shop drawing review for design approval to ensure they meet project specifications and to resolve any conflicts with design elements• Maintaining project files and records, and producing informal status reports on assigned projects as needed• Knowledge of building construction and detailing, particularly for commercial and industrial projects• Able to work independently or as part of a team• Excellent attention to detail
