About Bryan Russell

I am passionate about my role at Ultra Clean Systems. It challenges me to be the best, as well as fix various issues that arise. I am a problem solver. At Ultra Clean Systems, I handle inbound inquiries via phone or email regarding the ultra sonic machines. My job is to help diagnose the issues and walk the client through the troubleshooting process. If I am unable to repair the issue over the phone or email I will then coordinate and dispatch a technician to the facility to diagnose and repair the machine. It is important that the technicians we hire have knowledge to maintain or repair our ultra sonic machines. I hand select only the most skilled and highly trained vendors. To ensure proper function at all times I create a customized maintenance program for the machines tailored to the clients usage. Once that schedule is created, I coordinate the scheduling of the regular maintenance at the facility with the repair technicians. With many years in service oriented industries, I have learned the value of client servicing. My ability to work well with people and handle crisis management helps me to have the highest level of client retention and satisfaction. Ultra Clean Systems has given me the opportunity to continue utilizing my skills and talents while being apart of a growing company with exponential potential.
