With over two decades at the intersection of healthcare and technology, I am an Executive Healthcare Technology Leader passionately dedicated to advancing healthcare and IT delivery. My core mission is to enhance the quality and affordability of healthcare by spearheading scalable workflow automation, strategic process innovation, and robust technology modernization. I lead and empower high-performing teams to evaluate, architect, select, and/or develop transformative technology solutions. We tackle complex challenges head-on, leveraging a deep understanding of technology strategy, systems thinking, and innovative process/workflow design to deliver impactful results. For instance, in previous initiatives, I have a track record of structuring complex problems and leveraging data-driven insights to design and implement impactful solutions in complex, matrixed environments, typically leading to enhanced operational efficiencies or improved system adoption. Throughout my career progression – from analyst and consultant to executive leadership – my greatest satisfaction comes from partnering with stakeholders, clients, and team members to build and implement the right technology solutions. I thrive on dissecting complexity and cultivating an environment where innovative thinking leads to tangible improvements in healthcare. I am particularly energized by opportunities to optimize technology workflows through AI and automation and deploy enterprise products and services to improve experience and efficiency. When I'm not immersed in transforming healthcare technology, I enjoy spending time outdoors in the Bay Area and traveling with my family.
