About Bryan Solomon

I am an operations leader and military veteran with over a decade of experience in clinical operations, systems coordination, and executive-level project support. My leadership foundation was built in healthcare, where I directed daily operations of a high-volume outpatient medical facility serving more than 5,500 personnel. In that role, I oversaw patient throughput, workforce allocation, and performance reporting in fast-paced, high-accountability environments. At Banyan Networks, I partner directly with executive leadership to assess operational requirements and support complex initiatives. My work focuses on structured analysis, cross-functional coordination, and disciplined execution to ensure alignment between strategy and delivery.I believe strong systems, clear communication, and collaborative leadership are the foundation of high-performing organizations.
