About Bryan Suarez

As an athletic trainer at Atlantic Health System, I provide sports rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and performance training services to athletes of various levels and backgrounds. I work with a multidisciplinary team of coaches, doctors, and therapists to design and implement individualized programs that help athletes recover from injuries, prevent future complications, and optimize their physical and mental performance. My passion for sports and fitness stems from my own athletic journey and education. I earned my B.S. in Athletic Training from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, where I gained hands-on experience in working with collegiate and high school athletes. I also completed an AAS in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from County College of Morris, where I learned the fundamentals of human movement and biomechanics. Additionally, I have obtained multiple certifications in virtual investing in real estate, learning Excel 2021, and financial freedom, which reflect my interest in expanding my knowledge and skills in diverse areas. My goal is to leverage my expertise and passion to help athletes achieve their full potential, develop leadership skills, and enjoy their sports. I believe that sports can be a powerful tool for changing lives and inspiring positive change in the world. I am always eager to learn new techniques, technologies, and best practices that can enhance my professional practice and benefit my clients. I am also open to exploring new opportunities and challenges that can help me grow as an athletic trainer and as a person.
