Background
About Bryan Walker
As a Design Specialist with a passion in the technical & marketing field I have been involved in various projects that include security functions, military/government contracts, as well as marketing campaigns. I have hands-on experience using all forms of digital design software, in addition to web development & advertisement functions. I graduated with Honors from New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design with a minor in UX/UI development. I have three years experience in the technical design field as my most recent professional employment, and four years of graphic design experience in education & marketing. I had the opportunity to develop a teaching solution incorporated in gaming for children under Silas Solutions where I also worked as a Studio Lead of a branch location. With my eyes set on garnering more opportunities with my skills I acquired through my education I worked as an In-house Graphic Designer for a marketing firm in which I developed marketing material for environmental & health campaigns. Furthermore, my previous opportunities gave me the confidence I needed to move onto a Full-time position with 911 Inform where I would format building & location plans for companies to use for emergency services in which would go on to saving lives during my time with the company. Collecting important location data, and formatting it onto floor plans which would be developed by digitizing software for interactive use by law enforcement. I went on to advance my skills in technical design during my time with EPS Corporation where I managed military & government projects. I used mil-standard programs such as & NSIV for various projects contracted by the Navy, and Department of Defense. I was able to learn the complexity of these programs while also managing a multitude of projects for different clients. I’m eager to continue to strengthen my professional experience each step in my journey. My hunger for learning & developing skills to use in my next endeavor continues to drive me to be the best version of myself.
