Currently, I am a Teller with Tower Federal Credit Union. In this capacity, I carry out a range of financial and customer service duties, but also contribute to IT initiatives. These have included such areas as beta testing, the cataloging of performance errors, and workstation diagnostics and repair. Furthermore, I liaise with senior leadership and departmental teams to ensure the company’s support structure is driving business forward with minimal expenditures.
