Mr. Witt is a Technical Project Manager with a broad knowledge base and hands on experience directing and executing Large Scale support needs within customer spaces. Bryan specializes in leading small, special purpose teams through new and complex technical support projects, requiring technical expertise, high quality yields and minimal downtime. Mr. Witt is most comfortable leading his projects from the front, working alongside direct reports as a Subject Matter Expert and setting the example for the team to follow. Mr. Witt is an agile manager, both of personnel and technical tasks, capable of making quick decisions in the best interest of both his team and project. Mr. Witt possesses fifteen years’ experience in Information Technology Services and personnel management to include six years experience in cryptanalytic operations support, Special Purpose Device (SPD) support and high performance resource management. He possesses extensive experience in failure diagnosis, root cause analysis, system performance optimization, research, process development, project management, course preparation, course instruction, and system administration. In addition, he is experienced in systems engineering, troubleshooting and repair, to include LRU replacements, field expedient repairs and component level operations. Mr. Witt is highly proficient in multiple Linux distributions, shell scripting techniques and command line interfaces. He is trained, experienced and certified in network hardware and software configuration and advanced systems security, to include network penetration testing, vulnerability scanning and exploitation techniques. Mr. Witt has roots as a U.S. Army Electronics Technician, Non-Commissioned Officer and Paratrooper. He believes strongly that personnel morale is key to delivering outstanding service and prides himself in being able to assemble, develop and retain highly specialized and respected teams.
