I enjoy being a very hands-on individual. Very adverse in technical aspects when it comes to computers, automotive, and household issues. Extremely mechanically inclined. Currently held in order a 188 unit Complex in Santa Clarita, including Two other sister communities in the surrounding area, resulting in maintaining all current Maintenance aspects of the properties needs, including but not limited to the Following: Budgetary aspects to all related components on Property and operating capital, ensuring inventory is always readily accessible in order to complete various tasks that come into play. Help with complex Capital Projects to ensure all time lines are in correspondence with what the Pre Construction meeting determined. Effectively ensure everyones up most safety each and everyday. Complete work order tasks such as electrical issues, Plumbing related issues, and additional Items throughout the day. Performing Make Ready Unit Turns for future tenants consisting of, installation of new Water Heathers, Toilet Replacements, components in relation, cabinet door corrections and replacements, new Blind and custom Screen replacements, all subjected painting related aspects. including other items, such as HVAC and Heating repairs involving possible Full replacements. Other responsibilities such as being on call for Emergency incenses after hours for 24/7 resident issues when Necessary. I am well verse with problem solving, I enjoy a challenge when introduced to newly related tasks. I enjoy being Helpful to individuals including my colleagues, clients and always open for a new challenge. I am very Detailed oriented and extremely credible. My focus would be to make that difference. I work extremely well with others and enjoy working in a team building environment. I have Hands on Yardi Platform experience, including File Maker Platform, and other related computer programs subject to the Property Management Field.
