Project Manager experienced in driving clinical trials, preclinical programs, and new product launches from concept to commercialization. 10 years of experience in biotech & life sciences research and has co-developed projects on polymer extraction, purification, structural modification, and characterization, resulting in substantial contribution of intellectual property to patent portfolios and 1 published patent as a co-inventor. Experienced in leading preclinical programs involving study protocol design, study monitoring, and writing formal scientific study reports, resulting in passing more than a dozen different biocompatibility tests in accordance with GLP and ISO 10993 standards. Instrumental in the successful transfer of bench-scale experiments to pilot-scale manufacturing production of ISO 13485 compliant batches of medical devices that were safe for use in both preclinical testing and Phase I clinical trials.
