About Bryana Michael

I’m an analytics leader with 8+ years of experience delivering analytics and technology solutions for public sector clients, helping them detect fraud, improve operations, and make data-driven decisions. I’ve grown from hands-on analyst to managing multimillion-dollar projects — leading cross-functional teams, driving solution strategy, and guiding technical delivery across complex federal and state portfolios. As a certified project manager and technical lead, I’ve scoped, priced, and delivered end-to-end analytics initiatives — from modernizing detection platforms to building interactive dashboards and machine learning tools that improved fraud targeting and reduced manual work by over 90%. I bridge technical depth (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) with business strategy, acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and leading high-performing teams of data scientists, analysts, and consultants. Areas of expertise: •Stakeholder engagement & leadership •Analytics solution delivery & strategy •Analytics tools & platforms •Project & team management •Public sector & regulated environments
