About Bryant Cooper

I am a voracious learner and I have worked on multiple projects throughout my career: some were small and straightforward, while others were incredibly complex and fraught with risk. Irrespective of the project size or scope, I love leading and managing my teams towards success, even when operating environments are new and unknown. I'm an excellent communicator and I like being extremely organized. I can juggle multiple items and prioritize accordingly. Most importantly, I know how to maximize others so that their individual strengths become the team's strength. My skillset has allowed me to be successfull throughout my career - a few highlights are below- Led project to improve contractual performance completeness from 97% to 99%, adding $70M USD worth of missing claims data to government data warehouses - Transitioned my market from a legacy software system to a new software through a large scale, year-long, cross-functional project, all while increasing data completeness and accuracy - Handled North American implementations for a large multinational client, which automated electronic payments I graduated from the University of Alabama in 2014. Outside of work, you'll find me running, hiking, volleyball-ing, skiing (downhill & cross-country), and exploring the local food scene. I also enjoy traveling - I have been to 10 countries and studied abroad in Florence, Italy.
