I am a recent graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law, currently serving as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Henrico County Circuit Court. In this role, I apply my legal education to the judicial process, analyzing complex legal issues and contributing to the efficient operation of the court. During my third year of law school, I gained valuable experience as a Judicial Extern at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia working under The Honorable Henry E. Hudson. This opportunity provided firsthand insight into the rigors of the judicial process at the federal level. Previously, I honed my skills working alongside the seasoned attorneys at Freed & Shepherd, P.C, a respected estate planning and business law firm in Richmond, Virginia. This hands-on experience deepened my understanding of the expectations and demands of legal practice in a reputable firm. With a psychology-focused undergraduate background in ministry, I bring strong interpersonal skills and confidence in professional communication. My collaborative abilities were demonstrated through my contributions to the University of Richmond Law Review, where I was honored with the Glenice B. Coombs Award for Law Review Excellence. I am passionate about legal research, analysis, and writing—skills I leverage to produce focused, insightful work. I am driven to deliver thoughtful, high-quality contributions that advance the mission and objectives of the organizations I serve. Rooted in my professional and personal experiences, I have developed a deep appreciation for the Richmond community.
