About Bryant Davis

My time spent in Lake Tahoe at Sierra Nevada University earned me a double major in Global Business Management & Marketing, amongst many 100+ day snowboard seasons. Currently, as an Associate Account Manager at The North Face, I work directly with REI to apply these skills, along with my expertise in sales, to drive brand growth and customer engagement through all of The North Face's product categories. Previous to The North Face my journey in the snowboarding industry includes impactful sales roles with rider-owned brands, where teamwork, passion, and dedication fueled my sucess throughout many different brands, working both in-house, and indepedently through contract roles. The Players Club was a unique project I embarked on early in my sales journey where I was able to harness creativity and connection within the snowboarding community. Creating a sales agency that spoke to my direct interests in the snowboarding community I significantly enhanced The Player's Club brand portfolio across the West Coast. Our collaborative efforts led to the successful positioning of niche snowboard products in the market. Embracing the values of culture and community, it was an experience that helped me position myself where I am at today.
