For the past nearly two years I have found my career in banking after starting in Hospitality and Coffee. I feel that this gives me the added benefit of understanding how business works. How it is important to manage your sales, labor, costs, and other how to analyze your day to day operations. Working in the world of finance has given me the ability to understand how important cash flow is and what tools and products are available to businesses and individuals and how they can benefit from them. In 2021 I won circle of excellence due to perseverance and a drive to understand. Previously - I have worked in two industries in a management position - coffee and hospitality. They are both two fields that I really enjoy for different reasons but both come down to establishing excellent customer relations. I have experience as a Front Desk Manager in a 330 room downtown property in a large metropolitan area. I also have experience managing coffee establishments that have had anywhere between 8 and 20 employees. Specialties: customer service, quality control, problem resolution.
