Emergency Medicine trained physician with experience working in both community and academic facilities, from free standing EDs to tertiary care specialty hospitals to level 1 trauma centers. Focus on improving health through education and understanding. The emergency department today is the catch-all of a broken system, and though we thrive on the high acuity situations where we can save a life, we spend much more of our time in the weeds with systems issues. Forever a student of full stack development, with my current focuses on dart/flutter, golang, graphql, and a variety of cloud-based services. Always up to learn something good. Combining in depth knowledge of the issues affecting healthcare with full understanding of the capabilities of technology to make the system better for everyone.
