About Bryant Silbaugh

I'm an ABA services innovator, scientist, and behavior analyst who has been engaged in ABA and autism research, teaching, and practice since volunteering in the infant PRT lab at UC San Diego in 2003. Clinically, I specialize in the assessment and treatment of autism and pediatric feeding disorders. I'm a former Assistant Professor of Special Education, the founder and past President of the Pediatric Feeding Disorders Special Interest group of the Texas Association for Behavior Analysis, and I have served on the editorial board for multiple peer-reviewed scientific journals that publish behavior analytic research. My ABA research has focused on the reinforcement of operant variability, feeding disorders, and ABA service delivery quality. Most recently I've worked at the intersections of quality, business development, and ABA research and practice. My greatest strengths include translating research into practice, program development and innovation, and strategy. My journey in academia led me back to the ABA autism care industry, to an opportunity to help a colleague build a thriving ABA autism therapy company headquartered in Boise, Idaho. Today I'm a full-time Director of Clinical Quality in San Antonio, TX at another thriving new ABA autism therapy company. When I'm not at work, I like to spend my time with my family, fishing, tackling the next item on my bucket list, training in Muay Thai and studying service quality and the evolution of the ABA autism therapy industry.
