I have about 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and almost 3 years of experience with cash handling. I also have about 4 years of supervisory experience. My ultimate goal is to move up in the food and beverage hospitality industry. I was a Bussing/Stewarding Supervisor at a high-volume restaurant at Disneyland Resort for 3 years, and I am currently a Steward Supervisor at Universal’s Aventura Hotel in Orlando, FL. My passion for guest service and expert knowledge of the food and beverage department has really guided me down this career path. I have always been praised on my ability to solve guest issues and also keep my team stress-free and happy. I am a team player and am always one to lead by example. My previous managers would say I’m hardworking and goal-driven and also one of the friendliest people you will ever meet. I find value in relationships with others in the workplace so we can all work as a team to keep the business successful.
